Stabilized Vitamin C
Inhibits tyrosinase, neutralizes free radicals, supports collagen synthesis. Stable form (Ascorbyl Glucoside or Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate) resistant to oxidation.
Targeted brightening therapy — a comprehensive solution for skin with hyperpigmentation, melasma, uneven tone, and photoaging, based on vitamin C, kojic acid, and niacinamide.

For whom: skin with sunspots, melasma, chloasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), photoaging. Problem: uneven skin tone, lentigines, dark circles, dull complexion. Distinguishing feature: multi-component therapy inhibiting tyrosinase at various levels — vitamin C + kojic acid + niacinamide + arbutin + glycolic acid. Ideal salon: melasma, photoaging, post-acne PIH, prevention of sun-related aging.
ILLUSTRIOUS is Christina’s targeted brightening line — a complete hyperpigmentation therapy based on blocking tyrosinase (a key enzyme in melanin synthesis) at multiple levels simultaneously.
Hyperpigmentation is a complex problem: melanin overproduction (due to UV, inflammation, hormones, genes), melanosome transfer to keratinocytes, accumulation in the stratum corneum. ILLUSTRIOUS addresses each of these stages with a separate active ingredient — this is the key to lasting hyperpigmentation reduction.
The line combines chemical exfoliation (glycolic acid, peel powder + activator) with brightening actives (vitamin C, kojic acid, arbutin, niacinamide) and UV protection SPF 50 — without which brightening therapy is meaningless.
Kojic acid + arbutin + vitamin C — multi-component inhibition of melanin synthesis.
Peel powder + activator removes accumulated melanin in the stratum corneum.
Niacinamide blocks the transfer of melanosomes to keratinocytes — a key mechanism.
Any reduction of hyperpigmentation without SPF = loss. Comprehensive protection.
ILLUSTRIOUS is based on actives with a documented brightening profile and synergistic action on various melanogenesis mechanisms.
Inhibits tyrosinase, neutralizes free radicals, supports collagen synthesis. Stable form (Ascorbyl Glucoside or Tetrahexyldecyl Ascorbate) resistant to oxidation.
Potent tyrosinase inhibitor — derived from rice fermentation. A classic for depigmentation, particularly effective for melasma and PIH.
Natural hydroquinone derivative (from bearberry leaves) — blocks tyrosinase without the risk of ochronosis. Safe for sensitive skin.
Blocks the transfer of melanosomes from melanocytes to keratinocytes — a unique mechanism. Additionally strengthens the barrier and calms inflammation.
Exfoliates the stratum corneum with accumulated melanin. Evens skin tone, facilitates penetration of brightening actives.
Milder AHA — for sensitive skin. Additional moisturizing effect.
The most modern form of vitamin C — high stability, low reactivity, excellent penetration. In Absolute Bright Serum.
Glabridin — a powerful tyrosinase inhibitor, anti-inflammatory. Supports couperose skin with melasma.
Rich in micronutrients and polysaccharides — oxygenate, regenerate, strengthen. In Algae Mask.
Physical UVA/UVB filters — safe for skin with melasma (chemical filters can provoke it). No photosensitization.
The ILLUSTRIOUS salon treatment lasts 60–75 minutes. Cycle: 6–8 treatments every 2 weeks, then once a month for maintenance. Absolute daily SPF 50 is mandatory.
Professional sizes — fully compatible with the treatment protocol described above.

Home sizes — designed to maintain and enhance the effects of salon treatments.

Yes, but melasma is a chronic, hormonal condition – it requires consistent therapy for 6–12 months + strict SPF 50. ILLUSTRIOUS is one of the most effective options in cosmetology.
First improvement in skin tone after 2–3 treatments + 4 weeks of home care. Significant reduction in hyperpigmentation after 8–12 weeks. Full cycle effect: 4–6 months.
I do NOT recommend active peels during May-September (high sun exposure). You can continue home care (serum, cream) + SPF 50.
Yes – ILLUSTRIOUS is an excellent preparatory therapy (4–6 weeks before laser) and maintenance therapy (after skin healing). Allow a 14-day break after laser before the first peel.
Day Cream SPF 50 is a full-fledged SPF. Remember to apply 2 mg/cm² and reapply every 2-3 hours during UV exposure.
For mild PIH (e.g., after single acne lesions) – yes, home care with Illustrious Serum + SPF 50 may be sufficient (3–4 months). For severe hyperpigmentation, a cycle of treatments is recommended.
