Product Returns Policy
1.1. The Christina Cosmetics online store managed by Top Cosmetics Europe Sp. z o. o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") sells cosmetic products for the face, neck and décolleté, and the product returns policy specifies the conditions for the return and complaint of products by the Customer who makes a purchase in the Store.
1.2. The Product Return Policy specifies the conditions and procedure for returning and exchanging products in the Store, as well as the obligations of the Customer and the Store in this respect.
Right to withdraw from the contract
2.1. A customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with the Store within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
2.2. In order for the returned goods to be accepted by us, they must be in their original packaging and unused.
2.3. In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Customer should inform the Store of their decision by means of an unequivocal statement, using the sample form available as an annex to the store regulations.

2.4. The declaration of withdrawal from the contract should be sent by post to the following address: Level Up Fulfillment Group ul. Wólczyńska 133 Building 6, warehouse 11/4 01-919 Warsaw or by e-mail to the seller's e-mail address info@christinacosmetics.pl
2.4. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Customer is obliged to immediately return the products to the address of the Christina Cosmetics store warehouse.

2.5 The shipment should be sent by registered mail or courier, retaining the proof of posting. The warehouse does not accept cash on delivery.
2.6. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller shall return to the Customer – consumer immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods by the Store, all payments made by him/her in connection with the contract, including the costs of delivering the Products (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery chosen by the consumer other than the cheapest standard method of delivery offered by the Seller)
2.7. The cost of returning the goods due to withdrawal from the contract shall be borne by the Customer.
Complaints
3.1. All product complaints must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of the shipment.
3.2. Complaints can be submitted electronically to the following e-mail address: info@christinacosmetics.pl
3.3. In the event of a complaint, the Customer should describe the product defect, send a documented photograph and specify his/her demands.
3.4. The Store considers complaints within 14 days of their receipt and informs the Customer about the outcome of the proceedings.
3.5. In the event of a justified complaint, the Store will replace the product with a new one or refund the Customer for the defective product and the delivery costs incurred by the Customer.
3.6. In the event of a complaint, the costs of returning the product to the Store shall be borne by the Store.
3.7. The Store is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products by the Customer.
3.8. Complaints will not be accepted if the product defect is the result of normal wear and tear, improper use or negligence of the Customer.
Final provisions
4.1. The product returns policy of the Christina Cosmetics store managed by Top Cosmetics Europe Sp. z o. o. is valid from the date of its publication on the Store's website.
4.2. The Store reserves the right to change the product returns policy. Changes come into effect on the date of their publication on the Store's website.
4.3. The product returns policy of Christina Cosmetics managed by Top Cosmetics Europe Sp. z o. o. does not limit the rights of the Customer under applicable law, in particular the Consumer Rights Act.
