Terms and Conditions of the christinacosmetics.pl online store

Effective date: 30 April 2026

§1. General provisions

1.1. These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) set out the rules for using the online store operated at christinacosmetics.pl (the “Store”).

1.2. The Store is operated by Top Cosmetics Europe Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Zajęcza 15, 00-351 Warsaw, NIP: 5213980858, REGON: 522856062, KRS: 0000987011 (the “Seller”).

1.4. Using the Store constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

§2. Definitions

  • Customer — a natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality making purchases in the Store.
  • Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person performing a legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  • Goods — a product presented in the Store and covered by a sales agreement.
  • Sales agreement — an agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Store.

§3. Placing orders

3.1. Orders may be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via the Store’s website.

3.2. Placing an order requires completing the order form, including providing contact details and the delivery address.

3.3. After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation at their email address. The sales agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms acceptance of the order for processing.

3.4. The prices of Goods displayed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in PLN.

§4. Payments

4.1. The Store accepts the following payment methods:

  • fast online transfer (Przelewy24, BLIK),
  • payment cards: Visa, Mastercard,
  • Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay,
  • traditional bank transfer.

§5. Delivery

5.1. The Store delivers within Poland and to selected European Union countries.

5.2. Available delivery methods:

  • InPost Parcel Locker / Courier — PLN 19.00 (free for orders over PLN 200.00), delivery time 1-2 business days,
  • International shipping — individually priced, please contact: info@christinacosmetics.pl.

5.3. The order processing time is counted from the moment the payment is credited to the Seller’s account.

§6. Right of withdrawal

6.1. A Consumer, and a natural person running a business who concludes an agreement of a non-professional nature, has the right to withdraw from a distance agreement within 30 days without giving a reason. This period is longer than the statutory minimum of 14 days and constitutes an additional contractual right granted by the Seller.

6.2. The withdrawal period expires after 30 days from the day on which the Consumer acquired possession of the Goods, or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Consumer acquired possession of the Goods. Where the agreement covers multiple Goods delivered separately, in batches or in parts, the period is counted from acquiring possession of the last item, batch or part. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

6.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of the decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email to info@christinacosmetics.pl). The Consumer may also request a return themselves after signing in to their account: account.christinacosmetics.pl/orders.

6.4. The Goods must be returned to: D.M.T. Sp. z o.o. — Centrum Logistyczne, ul. Parzniewska 18, 05-800 Pruszków (Zwrot Christina).

6.5. The Goods must be undamaged, unused, in their original packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase.

6.6. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the Goods, using the same payment method used by the Consumer.

6.7. The direct cost of returning the Goods in connection with withdrawal is borne by the Consumer.

§7. Complaints

7.1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer under the warranty for physical and legal defects of the Goods in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

7.2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to: info@christinacosmetics.pl within 14 days of discovering the defect.

7.3. A complaint should include: a description of the defect, the date it occurred, the Customer’s contact details and — where possible — photographs of the defective Goods.

7.4. The Seller examines the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.

§8. Out-of-court complaint and dispute resolution

8.1. The Consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including via the European Commission’s ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

8.2. The Consumer may contact the competent consumer ombudsman or the permanent consumer arbitration court at the Provincial Inspectorate of the Trade Inspection.

§9. Protection of personal data

9.1. The controller of Customers’ personal data is the Seller.

9.2. Detailed rules for the processing of personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

§10. Final provisions

10.1. In matters not regulated by the Terms, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights.

10.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms. Amendments take effect upon their publication in the Store. Orders placed before the effective date of the amendments are processed under the previous rules.

10.3. Any disputes arising from agreements concluded via the Store are subject to the jurisdiction of the court competent for the Seller’s registered office, unless the law provides otherwise (in particular in cases involving a Consumer).

These Terms are effective as of 30 April 2026.
