Frequently asked questions

How to join the program?
Simply create an account on christinacosmetics.pl. After registration, you will automatically receive 2,000 welcome points (equivalent to a 10 PLN discount).
Is there a fee for the program?
No. Christina Beauty Club is completely free. You automatically earn points with every purchase and other activities.
How are club levels calculated?
Your level (Newcomer / Glow / Radiance / Icon) depends on the total amount spent in the store. Status is updated automatically after each purchase. Once a level is achieved, you retain it permanently — you do not drop to a lower level.
Do points expire?
Points remain valid as long as you are active in the store. After 12 months of complete inactivity, points will expire — with 30 days' prior notice so you can use them.
How does referring a friend work?
In the Beauty Club panel, you receive a personal referral link. When your friend creates an account and places their first order using your link, they receive a 15% discount, and you receive 1,000 points.
Can I combine point discounts with other codes?
Discounts redeemed for points are single-use codes and cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Exception: free shipping for Radiance and Icon levels always applies, regardless of the code used.
What will I find in the Birthday Box?
The Birthday Box is a physical birthday gift sent by mail. The contents depend on the level: Glow receives a mini-gift, Radiance receives a mini Birthday Box, Icon receives a full Birthday Box worth 200–300 PLN with a dedicated product composition.
Can B2B clients participate in the program?
Christina Beauty Club is aimed at individual customers. B2B clients (salons, clinics, cosmetologists) use a separate professional program with dedicated cooperation terms.
