FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do I join?
Just create an account on christinacosmetics.pl. After signing up you automatically get 2 000 welcome points (worth a 10 zł discount).
Where can I check my points balance and level?
In the Beauty Club dashboard, which you open with the button on this page. After logging in you will see your points balance, current level, progress to the next threshold, available rewards, points history and your referral link.
Does the programme cost anything?
No. Christina Beauty Club is completely free. You earn points automatically with every purchase and other activities.
How are club levels calculated?
Your level (Newcomer / Glow / Radiance / Icon) depends on your total spend in the shop, counted from 1 May 2025. Your status updates automatically after each purchase. Once you reach a level, you keep it for good and never drop to a lower one.
Do points expire?
Points stay valid as long as you are active in the shop. They expire after 12 months of complete inactivity.
How does referring a friend work?
Your Beauty Club dashboard gives you a personal referral link. Your friend immediately gets a single-use −15% code for her whole basket, with no minimum spend. When she creates an account and places her first order through that link, you get 1 000 points. The −15% code cannot be combined with other discounts and works for new customers only.
Can I combine points discounts with other codes?
No. Discounts redeemed with points are single-use codes and cannot be combined with other promo codes or automatic discounts (such as the set discount).
Can B2B customers take part?
No. Christina Beauty Club is for individual customers. Professional accounts (salons, clinics, cosmetologists) are excluded from the points programme and have separate B2B terms.
