1. Can I use Christina cosmetics at home, or are they for professional use only?
Christina cosmetics fall into two categories: professional (salon) and home care. Professional products are intended exclusively for use by qualified specialists (cosmetologists, dermatologists). Home lines, on the other hand, are adapted for daily care and can be safely used at home.
2. How do I choose the right Christina cosmetic line for my skin type?
To choose the right products, it is best to consult a cosmetologist or use the contact form on our website. You can also familiarize yourself with the descriptions of the lines – each of them has been created with specific skin needs in mind, e.g., Unstress (for sensitive skin), Comodex (for acne-prone skin), Nuance (for mature skin), etc.
3. Are Christina cosmetics tested on animals?
No. Christina Cosmetics does not test its products or ingredients on animals. The company adheres to international cruelty-free standards.
4. Where can I buy original Christina cosmetics?
Original Christina products are available in our official online store christinacosmetics.pl and in selected beauty salons cooperating with us. Purchases from an official distributor guarantee the authenticity and safety of the products.
5. How long can I store cosmetics after opening?
Each product has a PAO (period after opening) label on the packaging – most often 6, 12, or 24 months. We recommend using the cosmetic within this time to maintain its effectiveness and safety.
6. Can I use several Christina lines simultaneously?
Yes, many products from different lines can be combined. The most important thing is to choose the right ingredients for your skin's needs. We recommend consulting a cosmetologist or our team for a personalized skincare routine.
7. What are the costs and delivery times?
Delivery within Poland usually takes 1-3 business days. Delivery costs depend on the chosen method – details can be found in the "Delivery and payment" tab. Orders over PLN 200 have free delivery.
8. Which delivery method can I choose?
We ship orders via InPost – you can choose delivery to a parcel locker or by courier directly to the indicated address. When placing an order, simply select your preferred delivery method.
9. Can I return purchased products?
Yes, you can return unopened, factory-sealed products within 30 days of receiving the shipment. This is an extended period – much longer than the statutory minimum of 14 days. Details can be found in our return policy.
10. Can I buy professional cosmetics if I am not a cosmetologist and do not run a beauty salon?
No. Professional products are intended exclusively for certified specialists. We require verification of qualifications before fulfilling orders for salon products
