Returns and right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 30 days (extended beyond the statutory 14 days) without giving any reason. The period is counted from the day the last item of your order is delivered; if the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.

Costs and refunds

The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer. The goods should be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the goods, using the same payment method used by the customer.
