Acne and skin dehydration: combined therapy with Comodex, Unstress, and Rose de Mer
Indications
Oily and simultaneously dehydrated skin with symptoms of seborrhea, flaking, inflammatory and non-inflammatory lesions, and persistent post-acne marks.
Case Description
The plan involved several months of working with oily, problematic, and dehydrated skin. The strategy combined regulating acne-prone skin with rebuilding the hydrolipid barrier and gradual work on post-acne.
Treatment Protocol
- Weeks 1, 3, 5: Unstress treatment with Probiotic Peel (step 3).
- Week 2: Comodex treatment in an atraumatic version.
- Week 4: Comodex treatment with mechanical skin cleansing.
- Additional stage: Rose de Mer treatment performed 2 weeks after the Unstress cycle.
- Next 2 months: 2 Comodex treatments with mechanical cleansing combined with Unstress, and 2 Rose de Mer procedures.

Result
