Indications

Hyperpigmentation persistent after the second pregnancy, intensifying in spring and summer, uneven skin tone, and closed comedones.

Case description

The patient presented with hyperpigmentation foci distributed throughout the face. The changes appeared about 5 years earlier after the second pregnancy and clearly intensified with sun exposure. The goal was to gradually reduce the intensity of discoloration and clear the skin of closed comedones.

Treatment protocol

1. Start of therapy: 2024-07-10.
2. Illustrious — 3 treatments once a week.
3. Rose de Mer Peeling — 1 treatment 7 days after the Illustrious series.
4. Illustrious — 2 treatments every 7 days after Rose de Mer.
5. Comodex — 3 treatments once a week, with increasing intensity of peels.

Effect
