Silk: a gentle smoothing and lifting treatment for mature skin

Indications

Case description

The chosen case showcases work with mature skin, whose primary need was visible refreshment, smoothing, and improved tone without aggressive procedures. The Silk program was used — a gentle treatment based on the effect of silky smoothing and optical filling of minor skin imperfections. The procedure was selected with immediate improvement of skin appearance and patient comfort in mind.

Treatment protocol

1. One full in-clinic treatment from the Silk line was performed.
2. The program was conducted according to the Silk treatment protocol, aimed at smoothing, improving elasticity, and a visual lifting effect.
3. In step 8 of the procedure, a serum from the home care line was additionally applied to enhance the wrinkle smoothing effect.
4. The treatment was concluded with the application of Rose de Mer Post Peeling Cover Cream as a protective cream.

Effect

After one procedure, the skin appeared more rested and fresh. Visible smoothing of the skin surface, reduction in the optical depth of wrinkles, and improved tone and overall contour were observed.
