Post-acne pigmentation on the back before wedding — Rose de Mer therapy

Patient: Adult woman (wedding preparation)Treatment duration: 3 monthsMain line: Rose de Mer

Indications

Post-acne marks and post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation on the back, neck, and décolleté; uneven skin tone in areas exposed in summer and in wedding attire.

Case description

The client presented with persistent post-acne marks on her back and hyperpigmentation on her neck and décolleté. The main goal was to prepare the skin for summer and, most importantly, for her wedding – so that exposed body parts would look more even and refreshed.

Treatment protocol

  1. Consultation and assessment of pigmentation depth.
  2. Rose de Mer Peel — 4 treatments every 20–30 days on the back.
  3. Additional Rose de Mer treatment focused on the décolleté to even out the exposed area.
  4. Post-treatment care with Rose de Mer Post Peel Kit after each procedure.

Home care

  • Fresh Pure & Natural Cleanser — gentle cleansing.
  • Rose de Mer Post Peel Kit — essential post-peel care.
  • Illustrious Toner — in the morning, for brightening and evening skin tone.
  • Bio Phyto Refreshing Toner — in the evening, refreshing and soothing.
  • Comodex Control & Regulate Day Treatment + Comodex Hydrate & Restore Serum — hydration and regeneration support between treatments.
  • Consistent photoprotection and limiting UV exposure.

Result

After 3 months, significant progress was achieved in correcting post-acne marks and pigmentation on the back, neck, and décolleté. The skin appeared brighter, more even, and visibly smoother. The result allowed the client to feel more confident on her wedding day.

Specialist's recommendation: for post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation on the back, it is advisable to start therapy at least several months before an important event. Sun protection is crucial, as UV exposure can perpetuate hyperpigmentation.
