Hydrolyzed Rice Protein Hydrolyzed Rice Protein
Hydrolyzed rice protein is a natural ingredient obtained from rice grains through controlled enzymatic hydrolysis, which breaks proteins down into small, low-molecular-weight peptides. It is rich in essential amino acids (lysine, leucine, arginine), the building blocks of keratin and collagen — the main structural proteins of the epidermis. It penetrates deep into the skin, where it rebuilds the hydrolipid barrier, strengthens the structure and increases resistance to damage. It also acts as a natural moisturising factor (NMF), retaining moisture in the intermediate layers of the epidermis. Ideal for mature, dry skin with wrinkles and loss of elasticity — especially recommended in firming and strengthening products.
REBUILDING22% increase in skin smoothness and 18% reduction in wrinkle depth over 4 weeks (profilometry, n=30).
Low-molecular-weight rice peptides (5-15 kDa) act as an NMF. Amino acids (lysine, arginine) serve as a substrate for keratin and collagen synthesis. They form a tightening film that instantly smooths the skin.
