Acne and blackheads — Comodex + Unstress + Rose de Mer protocol
Indications
Skin with chronically recurring inflammatory lesions and closed and open comedones. There were individual papulopustular lesions, oiliness, and shine in the T-zone. Increased sensitivity, dryness, and mild flaking were observed on the periphery of the face.
Case Description
The patient reported persistent inflammatory lesions on her face, which persisted despite her independent attempts at skincare. The first symptoms appeared around the age of 15. In her medical history, she indicated periodic use of various pharmacy preparations without satisfactory results, leading to discontinuation of treatment. The skin required simultaneous support for sebum regulation, calming hyperreactivity, and restoring comfort.
Treatment Protocol (4 treatments, every 7–10 days)
- Unstress — soothing and strengthening treatment preparing the skin for further stages.
- Comodex with skin cleansing — treatment aimed at regulating problematic skin.
- Unstress — soothing and regenerating treatment after cleansing.
- Rose de Mer — peeling supporting epidermal renewal.
Home care
- Unstress Comfort Cleansing Mousse — gentle cleansing morning and evening.
- Bio Phyto Refreshing Toner — toning after cleansing.
- Comodex Clean & Clear Cleanser — cleansing for problematic skin.
- Comodex Control & Regulate Day Treatment — daily sebum-regulating care.
- Bio Phyto Balancing Cream — balancing cream for combination skin.
Result
After approximately 1.5 months of regular treatments, an improvement in the overall quality of facial skin was observed. The activity of inflammatory lesions and the number of visible inflammatory elements decreased. The skin appeared more even, calmer, and better balanced. An improvement in the appearance of pores was also visible, especially in areas prone to oiliness.
