Even skin tone and brightening of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
Indications
Combination skin with post-inflammatory spots after papular lesions on the chin, cheeks, and forehead, uneven skin tone and texture, and visible vascular network around the ala nasi.
Case description
A client over 40 experienced individual papular lesions in the lower and middle parts of her face due to hormonal fluctuations. Inappropriately chosen home care intensified the appearance of uneven tone, roughness, and stagnant spots. The goal of the therapy was to gradually brighten the skin, smooth its texture, reduce the visibility of post-inflammatory spots, and restore a fresh appearance.
Treatment protocol
- Cosmetological consultation and skin condition assessment.
- Two treatments from the Illustrious line performed approximately 2 weeks apart.
- Procedure focused on evening out skin tone, gently smoothing skin texture, and improving optical clarity of the complexion.
- Monitoring of skin tolerance and adjustment of home care intensity.
Home care
- Illustrious Cleanser with AHA — twice a day.
- Illustrious Toner — twice a day after cleansing.
- Illustrious Serum — as recommended by the cosmetologist.
- Illustrious Day Cream SPF 50 — every morning.
Result
After a series of treatments, the skin achieved a more even tone, and stagnant spots became less visible. The texture was smoothed, and the complexion appeared significantly brighter and fresher. The visibility of redness and the vascular network around the ala nasi also decreased.
