TREATMENT EFFECT · POST-ACNE
Reconstruction of dehydrated oily skin with eruptions and post-acne
Indications
Oily skin in a state of dehydration, painful papulopustular eruptions in the lower third of the face, post-acne congestion, and post-inflammatory scars.
Case description
A case of oily but clearly damaged and dehydrated skin. The hydrolipidic barrier was weakened, and the daily use of drying preparations further exacerbated the discomfort.
Treatment protocol
- Stage 1: Bio Phyto – 1 preparatory treatment.
- Stage 2: Comodex – 5 treatments every 14 days, starting 14 days after Bio Phyto.
- Stage 3: Line Repair – 1 treatment 10 days after Comodex.
- General support: diet correction, drinking regime 30 ml/kg, sorbents as per specialist.
Home care
- Bio Phyto Mild Facial Cleanser – daily.
- Bio Phyto Refreshing Toner – morning.
- Comodex Purify & Balance Toner – evening.
- Comodex Mattify & Protect Cream SPF 15 – morning.
- Rose de Mer Peeling Soap – once a week.
- Sea Herbal Beauty Mask Apple – once a week.
Effect
After 4 months, a significantly more even skin tone, disappearance of dull complexion, and restoration of the hydrolipidic mantle were achieved. No active inflammatory elements were observed, and post-acne congested spots became less visible.
Specialist recommendation: It is crucial to discontinue aggressive, drying home care and introduce a plan combining sebum regulation with barrier restoration.
