Autumn – a season of change for your skin

Autumn brings winds of change that affect your skin. Here are 5 tips from cosmetologist Christina.

1. Exfoliation

Exfoliation is a reminder to get rid of summer damage. The best way is to remove dead cells with a peel. Night creams with retinol and acids will complete the regeneration process during sleep.

2. Hydration, hydration, hydration!

Choose nutrient-rich creams based on smart delivery systems.

3. Back to routine

Minimum 4 products in your daily routine:

  • Cleanser
  • Toner
  • Day cream with SPF
  • Night cream

4. Sensitivity and consistency

Summer caused damage. It's time for the skin to renew itself with regenerating, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory products. Christina recommends: BIO PHYTO Absolute Detox Serum.

5. Just drink water!

Minimum 8 glasses of water a day. Combined with a moisturizing cream – revitalized appearance.

Autumn routine plan

Morning: Cleanser → Toner → Serum (vit C or regenerating) → Day Cream SPF

Evening: Cleanser → Toner → Serum (antioxidants or retinol) → Night Cream

Twice a week: Gentle peel → Regenerating mask
