Oily and sensitive skin with post-acne — 8 months of therapy
Indications
Oily and sensitive skin, prone to papulopustular lesions, post-acne marks, and uneven skin texture.
Case description
A 25-year-old female patient presented with the need to improve her skin quality. She had previously undergone numerous in-office therapies, including facial cleansing, chemical peels, mesotherapy, and PRP treatments. After an interview, a home care regimen was recommended, along with additional diagnostics, including hormonal tests, gastroscopy, and a gastroenterological consultation. After excluding significant health problems, cosmetic therapy in the office began.
Treatment protocol
- Comodex — 5 treatments, once every 10 days.
- Bio Phyto — 3 treatments, once every 10–14 days.
- Rose de Mer Peel — 4 treatments, once a month.
- Unstress — 4 treatments aimed at soothing and enhancing skin comfort.
Home care
- Comodex Clean & Clear Cleanser — twice daily.
- Unstress Stabilizing Toner — daily.
- Comodex Control & Regulate Day Treatment — in the morning, 3 times a week.

- Unstress Harmonizing Night Cream — for night.

Result
After 8 months of therapy, a significant reduction in acne lesions, improved skin texture, and diminished visibility of post-acne marks were achieved. Continuation of maintenance therapy is planned.
