Indications
Mature male skin, thick, with enlarged pores, deep wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, redness, localized flaking, and increased reactivity.
Case description
The patient was referred by his daughter with a need to improve the appearance of mature skin: wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, uneven texture, and hypersensitivity.
Treatment protocol
Intensive stage — 10 treatments every 7–10 days:
- Bio Phyto → Unstress → Forever Young → Silk → Line Repair
- Bio Phyto → Unstress → Forever Young → Muse → Illustrious
Maintenance stage — every 2 weeks: Bio Phyto, Line Repair, Nuance.
Home care
- Bio Phyto Mild Facial Cleanser — gentle cleansing.
- Line Repair Hydra Elastin Collagen Cream — hydration and elasticity for mature skin.
- Daily SPF 50 photoprotection.
- Avoid aggressive home exfoliation for reactive skin.
Effect
After 3.5 months, the skin became firmer, smoother, and noticeably better hydrated. The texture was evened out, and hypersensitivity normalized. Superficial wrinkles were smoothed, deep ones became less visible, and hyperpigmentation was reduced.
Specialist's recommendation: for mature male skin, a staged strategy yields the best results.
