§6. Right of withdrawal
6.1. A Consumer and an Entrepreneur with consumer rights have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 30 days without giving any reason. This period is longer than the statutory minimum of 14 days and is an additional contractual right granted by the Seller.
6.2. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which the Consumer, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by the Consumer, took possession of the Goods. For an agreement covering multiple Goods delivered separately, in batches or in parts, the period is counted from taking possession of the last item, batch or part. If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, a Sunday or a statutory public holiday, the period expires on the next business day.
6.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Seller must be informed of the decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. an e-mail to info@christinacosmetics.pl). The Consumer may also register a return themselves after logging in to their account: account.christinacosmetics.pl/orders, or use the form on the Returns and withdrawal from the agreement page.
6.4. The Goods must be sent back to: D.M.T. Sp. z o.o., Centrum Logistyczne, ul. Parzniewska 18, 05-800 Pruszków (Zwrot Christina), no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal statement was submitted.

6.6. The refund will be made without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days from the day the Goods or proof of their return are received, using the same method of payment that the Consumer used. The Seller also refunds the cost of the cheapest delivery method it offers; any extra charge for choosing a more expensive delivery method is not refunded.
6.7. The direct cost of returning the Goods in connection with withdrawal from the agreement is borne by the Consumer.
6.8. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases listed in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, in particular to Goods supplied in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after the packaging has been opened for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging was opened after delivery (Article 38 point 5), and to gift cards.
§7. Complaints: lack of conformity of the Goods with the agreement
7.1. The Seller is liable to the Consumer and to the Entrepreneur with consumer rights for lack of conformity of the Goods with the agreement under the rules set out in Chapter 5a of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights. For other Customers, the provisions on statutory warranty (rękojmia) set out in the Civil Code apply.
7.2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to: info@christinacosmetics.pl or in writing to the warehouse address given in §1.4.
7.3. A complaint should include: a description of the non-conformity, the date it was discovered, the Customer's contact details and, where possible, photographs of the Goods. These requirements are recommendations and are not a condition for the complaint to be considered.
7.4. The Seller considers a complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
7.5. If the Goods do not conform to the agreement, the Consumer may demand their repair or replacement, and if repair or replacement is impossible or would require excessive costs, the Consumer may submit a statement on price reduction or on withdrawal from the agreement.

8.1. Reviews of Goods published in the Store come from Customers. The Seller verifies whether a review comes from a person who purchased the given Goods in the Store, on the basis of review invitations sent after a completed order.
8.2. The Seller does not modify the content of reviews and does not publish sponsored reviews. Reviews that infringe the law or contain advertising content, personal data of third parties or unlawful content are not published.
§9. Out-of-court complaint handling
9.1. The Consumer may use out-of-court methods of handling complaints and pursuing claims, including through the permanent amicable consumer courts at the Provincial Inspectorates of Trade Inspection and through district (municipal) consumer ombudsmen.
9.2. Detailed information on out-of-court dispute resolution is available on the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection: polubowne.uokik.gov.pl.
§10. Personal data protection
10.1. The controller of the Customers' personal data is the Seller.
10.2. The detailed rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.
§11. Final provisions
11.1. Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights.
11.2. Agreements are concluded in Polish.
11.3. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons. Amendments take effect on the date indicated by the Seller, no earlier than 7 days after their publication in the Store. Orders placed before the effective date of the amendments are fulfilled under the previous rules.
11.4. All disputes arising from agreements concluded through the Store are subject to the jurisdiction of the court competent for the Seller's registered office, unless the law provides otherwise (in particular in cases involving a Consumer).
These Terms apply from 20 October 2026 and replace the terms dated 24 August 2026.
